Our Recruitment Process
1. Submitting the application: we open the job vacancy for all positions, so the job applicant is invited to submit the resume. This means that they will automatically be considered for current and future vacancies.
2. Pre-Screening: Applications are screened against a qualification list for the job vacancy, as required by the client. Short-listed candidates are contacted by phone and/or email for testing or to schedule an interview with our HR Team.
4. Job Interview: Interviews are conducted by our HR team and experts. This ensures that we can identify and observe candidates skills and experience, while guaranteeing that candidates are treated fairly and evaluated properly in order to use this as an opportunity to introduce them to the client’s business activities.
Once the client confirms an interview with the candidate, we will schedule the interview meeting for them, and assist the client in the selection of the final candidate, if the client requests.
